His experience in design has been with consumer behavioral change during his tenure at Ogilvy & Mathers, Thailand and at Dhaka Tribune.
Working at Heidrick & Struggles, Saif worked closely on training and leadership development of CXO level executives in Asia Pacific.
As a marketeer and entrepreneur he uses the human centered design process to help create solutions and strategies.
He has experience of facilitating Design Thinking Workshop for teams across the spectrum of senior executives to grass root entrepreneurs.
In 2013 Saif found that most indigenous innovators are unable to scale even after winning global recognition.
