You can either print your label yourself or print your label in store, for a small additional fee. I have paid to print my label in store, but have changed my mind, can I get a refund? If you have changed your mind, you can refund the full label costs by clicking here and then produce a new label without print in store addition. Can I print in store a label to return an item to a retailer? You can check your store's opening hours by entering the postcode in the box below.
If you have purchased a label from our website that you no longer need, are unable to print or have the wrong address on a label, complete the information boxes below and we will automatically refund any label that was purchased through our website and which has not been used.
