Its vendor ID is I tried to get the tool described in this topic, but the latest link is dead, and the other one provides a version that does not detect the hardware (even though it shows in my device manager).
The present document describes how to compile and use the provided FW upgrade source code algorimt under Linux using a binary file *. Please, consider the same conditions described in AN16 related to USB/serial port configuration and supported modules.

I'm running Windows 10 and cannot get the device to work.The drivers provided with the latest SDK package don't contain any information for the device I have (the files don't contain anything related to it).
