From my experience, this is the result of at least one but up to all of the following being true: 1) is not registered.I'm having similar trouble, everything syncs up, contacts, notes, emails - except calendar won't sync at all.Tried re-installing BES, wiping and 're-activating' handheld. If you've noticed missing calendar appointments (e.g., lost meetings, delegate issues), or meeting updates from someone other than the original organizer, you're not alone. This issue has been reported in organizations with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook (2003, 2007, 2010 or 2013), Apple i Phones/i Pads/i Pods, Active Sync devices, Apple Macs running Entourage or Outlook 2011, and RIM Blackberries.
If calendar synchronization doesn’t work between your Black Berry® device and Exchange mailbox, follow these troubleshooting steps: 1.Verify that the mailbox involved in synchronization is not hidden from the address book. For more information see: Exchange Outlook Calendaring Problems.Exchange itself is usually not the root of the problem, the mail clients (Active Sync, i OS devices, Blackberries, i Cal) and their connectivity protocol tend to be the culprits. For instance, if someone accepts a meeting at 9am on an i Phone and a delegate declines it at am on a PC, but the i Phone is out of signal range and doesn't sync the meeting until say am., what happens to the meeting?
Had to move BES to another box (XP) and now, no calendar!Talked to BB support and went through KB to insure proper rights on BESAdmin account, still nothing. Thanks I know this thread is over a year old, but if you google "blackberry not synching with Outlook calendar" you might end up here.
